The IJODR is committed to encouraging students and new entrants to the study and practice of online dispute resolution by setting aside space for early-career essays. Accordingly, this is the second edition of the International Journal of Online Dispute Resolution dedicated to essays from students and recent graduates who are engaged in the study of ODR in its various forms. The essays in this edition come from the United States, Canada, Australia and Russia, covering e-commerce, the courts, text platforms, artificial intelligence and the COVID pandemic. The editors would like to thank the members of the IJODR Editorial Board who reviewed the submissions, and the professors who encouraged students from around the world to submit their work.
