This edition of the IJODR will carry on the tradition of publishing proceedings from the annual International ODR Forum. This year the Forum was held in October in Williamsburg, Virginia, was hosted by the US National Center for State Courts and concentrated on ODR and the courts around the world. The lone exception to reports from the Forum is the article by Zeleznikow et al., discussing ODR and family mediation. Although the short reports by the presenters at the Forum may be non-traditional in terms of what one normally finds in an ‘academic’ journal, they represent the current thinking of ODR leaders from around the world.
