This issue of the International Journal of Online Dispute Resolution has been produced as the result of a collaboration between the Co-Editors-in-Chief and Pace Law School.
A quick look at the Table of Contents will show the continuing interest in Online Dispute Resolution across a broad spectrum of practices and venues. This edition features work from around the world, on practice areas ranging from e-commerce, to arbitration, to community conflict engagement, to reinvention of the justice system.
As the principal editor for this issue, and on behalf of my colleagues Ethan Katsh and Mohamed Wahab, I would like to thank the Institute of International Commercial Law, Pace Law School, for outstanding editorial assistance. We would particularly like to thank Professor Vikki Rogers and Pace Law students Sara Y. Girgis and Brianne M. Cunningham for co-editing this edition of the Journal.
