The Assembly,

1. TAKES NOTE of the Recommendations of the Executive Council for the consideration and adoption of the Draft Legal Instruments;

2. ADOPTS the Legal Instruments as follows:

1. Treaty for the Establishment of the African Medicines Agency;

2. Statute of the African Audio Visual and Cinema Commission;

3. Statutes of the African Union International Centre for Girls’ and Women’s Education in Africa (AU/CIEFFA);

4. African Union Transitional Justice Policy; and

5. Amendment to Article 35 of the Charter for African Cultural Renaissance.

3. CALLS ON Member States to sign and ratify the above Legal Instruments, where applicable, to enable them to enter into force as soon as possible.
